THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Specialist / Specialist, WSH, Claims Management, you will support with ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of workplace incidents and injury claims. THE ROLE
As the Senior Specialist / Specialist, WSH, Claims Management, you will support with:
- Executing timely and effective responses to workplace incidents
- Delivering incident communications
- Developing investigation procedures and leading incident investigations
- Administering end-to-end workplace claims management
- Coordinating modified duties and initiating Graduated Return to Work (GRTW) plans
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Specialist / Specialist, WSH, Claims Management, has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in workplace safety and health with a focus on claims management
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50,000$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
