The Enterprise Project Manager is a skilled delivery professional within Suncoast's Enterprise PMO, responsible for executing routine to moderately complex enterprise projects in support of Suncoast's strategic business plan and Key Results. This role engages cross-functional business units, vendors, and stakeholders to support work plan development and program execution, applying structured project management practices within an established delivery framework. The Enterprise Project Manager builds foundational competency in enterprise delivery, contributing to team goals and growing their ability to manage increasing project complexity over time. This role delivers business and technology initiatives by partnering across business units and technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned to enterprise priorities. This role supports Suncoast's long-term growth by improving the quality of our members' lives through a strong, secure, and innovative credit union.

Responsibilities
• Manage several concurrent routine to moderately complex enterprise-level projects through planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget across multiple business units and vendors with high levels of functional and systems integration
• Determine the most effective project methodology (traditional, Agile, or hybrid) in collaboration with the project management leadership to serve the needs of the project team, coordinating resource sharing and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Lead projects from original concept through final implementation, including business case development, project scope definition, and financial analysis to validate and determine success measures
• Build and sustain strong stakeholder and cross-functional team relationships, interacting with each area affected by the project to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to operations
• Drive project results and deliver quality end-products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, costs, schedules, communication plans, testing plans, technical requirements, and risk management practices
• Play a consultative role in placing the appropriate people, processes, and tools to optimize project team efficiency, inspiring cohesion, and eliciting cooperation across a variety of sources
• Aid in the development of resolutions and final decisions through influence, persuasion, and coaching of project leads and key stakeholders, escalating within the division when appropriate
• Identify and help assess project risks and issues, using good judgment and problem-solving while staying aligned with project goals
• Understand problems, gather and review information, and draw clear, practical conclusions based on inputs such as discussions, documents, and timelines.
• Define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions by interpreting technical instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Adapt existing procedures or develop new approaches where standard methods prove inadequate, with careful consideration of downstream impacts across departments and functional areas
• Demonstrate a high degree of curiosity and interpersonal awareness, adapting communication and influence strategies to various stakeholder audiences to build rapport and drive positive outcomes.
• Support the onboarding and mentoring of new project managers and project team members on project management processes, procedures, and the enterprise portfolio management system
• Lead the successful execution of initiatives, monitoring with business units to ensure deliverables are implemented effectively, adopted by stakeholders, and contribute to expected business outcomes and operational improvements (as needed)
• Partner closely with Application Development, Architecture, and technical teams to deliver technology-enabled initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility, and delivery outcomes
• Ensure alignment with Application Development and business stakeholders post-deployment to support stabilization, adoption, and realization of expected outcomes
• Demonstrate openness to AI tools, actively identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve workflows, and contribute at least one practical AI use case within their role or team
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of current trends, laws, and issues affecting the area of expertise
• Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge
• Complete annual compliance and info security training to understand employees' role in maintaining effective compliance and security programs

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field (A comparable combination of work experience and training may be substituted for education requirements.)
• Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional projects involving systems and application teams across multiple business units
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred or obtain within 12 months of hire
• Foundational knowledge of Portfolio Project Management (PPM) tools and frameworks supporting both waterfall and Agile delivery; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, MS Project, and Visio
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies, tools, and frameworks; experience applying agile practices on enterprise or application development projects preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
• Ability to analyze and resolve difficult and often complex problems or situations
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators
• Strong knowledge and understanding of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures
• Strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge and understanding of credit union computer systems and software applications required to perform job duties
