Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager - Project Lead (10394)
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid - 2 days onsite/week)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Interview Process: 1 Round - Phone
Candidate Requirements (IMPORTANT - MUST FOLLOW)
  • Must be a current resident of SC or NC
  • OR willing to relocate to SC (at own expense) before start date

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and enterprise projects
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
  • Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, and vendors
  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Produce weekly status reports and present updates in portfolio reviews
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication channels
  • Oversee vendor/consultant deliverables and performance
  • Maintain project documentation and PMO compliance standards
  • Coach and guide junior PMs and team members on best practices
  • Ensure effective use of project management tools (MS Project, Planner, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of Project Management experience
  • 4+ years managing IT / technology-related projects
  • Active PMP Certification (MANDATORY)
  • Strong experience in:
    • Project lifecycle management (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
    • Risk management and change management
    • Stakeholder communication and executive reporting
    • Resource planning and budget management

Preferred Skills
  • Experience leading cloud-based or cloud migration projects
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP - any)

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    (Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience considered)
