Job Title : Senior Enterprise Project ManagerPosition Overview
Lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives that strengthen project governance, improve portfolio visibility, and support the implementation of a new Project Management System within a large public sector organization. This role combines strategic project leadership, executive reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and organizational change management across high-impact technology and business initiatives.
What You'll Do - Lead large-scale technology and business projects across the organization
- Support implementation of a new enterprise Project Management System
- Provide portfolio oversight and strengthen project governance practices
- Create and maintain executive Power BI dashboards and reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple business and technical teams
- Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives
- Promote project management standards, best practices, and organizational maturity
Required Qualifications - 15+ years of Project Management experience
- 10+ years leading State or Federal IT projects
- 10+ years implementing Project Management Systems
- 10+ years of Change Management experience
- 8+ years creating Power BI dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- PMP or CSM certification
