Job Title : Senior Telecom & Unified Communications Infrastructure Manager

Position Overview

Lead enterprise telecom and unified communications infrastructure supporting business-critical voice services, carrier connectivity, and UC platforms. This role combines strategic telecom leadership with operational ownership across service delivery, infrastructure governance, vendor management, and telecom transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Own uptime, performance, and service quality for enterprise telecom and UC platforms.
  • Lead high-severity telecom incidents, escalations, root cause analysis, and problem management.
  • Provide strategic oversight for SIP trunks, SBC platforms, PRI/ISDN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and VoIP infrastructure.
  • Manage enterprise dial plans, DID allocation, number management, routing strategies, and capacity planning.
  • Govern telecom vendors, carriers, ISPs, SLA performance, contract optimization, and dispute resolution.
  • Lead telecom change management, migrations, SIP onboarding, circuit transitions, and UC integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, E911 requirements, SBC security, and SIP fraud prevention.
  • Oversee telecom documentation, asset lifecycle, budgeting, and end-of-life technology planning.
  • Lead and mentor L1, L2, and L3 telecom engineering teams.
