Scrum and Agile processes across project and operational teams.

Position Overview: The selected candidate will facilitate
Agile/Scrum processes, lead Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, track project delivery and KPIs, and work closely with
Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure successful project execution.
Required Skills - 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
- 3+ years of experience leading Scrum Ceremonies
- 3+ years of experience with DB Querying and Programming
- 3+ years of experience using Agile Project Management Tools
- 3+ years of experience working in Hybrid Agile + Waterfall environments
- Bachelor's Degree - completed and verifiable
Preferred Skills - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification
- Government / Public Sector experience
- ERP experience
Key Responsibilities - Facilitate Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
- Ensure teams follow Scrum Framework and Agile principles
- Remove project impediments and support timely issue resolution
- Track KPIs, project status, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams
- Promote Continuous Improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
- Support delivery within agreed schedule, budget, and quality expectations
- Coach and mentor teams to improve Agile maturity, accountability, and collaboration
