Title: Enterprise Project Manager - Advanced (11471)
Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite initially, Hybrid possible after acclimation)
Duration: 12 Months (Extension Possible)
Interview Process: 1-2 Virtual Rounds
Relocation/Travel: Candidate responsible for all onsite travel and parking expenses. Nationwide candidates accepted.
Work Setup: Onsite initially; Hybrid schedule available after onboarding and acclimation at management

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communications, and resource management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, executive status reports, and dashboards.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, SMEs, business units, and agency partners.
  • Facilitate project workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements validation sessions.
  • Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support procurement activities including RFPs, SOWs, vendor management, and oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, governance standards, security requirements, and records management policies.
Business Analysis
  • Lead requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, process mapping, journey mapping, and data analysis.
  • Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze and redesign current-state and future-state business processes.
  • Create workflows, process diagrams, data flows, and business value assessments.
  • Collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, and data teams to define solution approaches.
  • Evaluate build-vs-buy options and support solution modeling activities.
Change Management & Adoption
  • Develop communication and change management plans.
  • Coordinate UAT, deployment readiness, cutover activities, and post-production support.
  • Drive user adoption through feedback analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis and Process Redesign.
  • Minimum 5 years managing IT, Regulatory, Compliance, or Enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree (completed and verifiable).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
