Job Title: Retail Project Analyst

Reports to: Sr Manager - Retail Delivery and Experience

Pay Range: $85,100.00 - $90,000.00 Annually
Location: Hybrid in Sacramento, CA

WHO YOU ARE:
You are a collaborative and detail-oriented change champion who excels at translating complex projects into clear procedures, effective communications, and engaging training. You bring strong analytical, project management, and relationship-building skills, advocate for the end-user experience, and successfully drive organizational change that enhances both employee and member experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Analyze and evaluate overall project to determine impacts to end-user and outline tactics to mitigate.
  • Actively participate as an advocate of the end user in project meetings to reduce impacts and workarounds.
  • Create procedures for new implementations impacting Retail teams, Branch and MSCC.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations and systems of internal control and obtain recommendations or oversight by Legal and Compliance when necessary.
  • Route net new frontline facing documents to Legal and Compliance as applicable.
  • Work in liaison with Learning and Development eLearning Designers to create content outline for training modules.
  • Plan target dates and prepare communications for Retail at time of implementation.
  • Work in liaison with Internal Communications to develop Enterprise communications as needed for projects and initiatives.
  • Access test database and validate functions utilized by Retail divisions in credit union software, teller interfaces, and database upgrades as needed to modify procedures and communicate changes.
  • Participate, lead, communicate and identify change management plans across Retail to support organizational change objectives.
  • Works with project teams to identify an accurate view of challenges to end-user buy-in and ways to mitigate.
  • Track action items and deliverables, execute tactics, and communicate status,
  • Validate and review detailed procedure database system changes and upgrades to Administration access and functionality.
  • Simultaneously support several projects with varied deliverables, team members, and audiences.
  • Ensure thorough follow up with end users and/or audience post project to complete the execution lifecycle assessing outcomes and future improvements.
  • Compile data and deliver reports to project teams, department, and/or managers as needed for information and oversight.
  • Maintain current and relevant data on Retail Sharepoint site.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws appropriate to the position.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of credit union policies and procedures, products and services, data processing system and software, as needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the department, with business owners, and others outside of the Credit Union.
  • Provide weekly and monthly progress, production, and accomplishments reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICIATIONS AND PREFERENCES:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems or Computer Science preferred
  • 7+ years in project research, analysis, test planning, User Acceptance Testing, procedure creation, communications, and change management required
  • Procedures and Communication creation in response to project execution, system administration and reporting within the space of a financial institution, Credit Union preferred required
