Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration IT Architect with 10+ years of experience designing enterprise application architectures and delivering end-to-end integration solutions across cloud and SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will lead integration architecture initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, developers, and security teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions supporting mission-critical enterprise applications, including Coupa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design enterprise integration architectures supporting large-scale business applications.
  • Lead API and ETL integration architecture across enterprise systems serving thousands of global users.
  • Understand current application architecture, system functionality, and business processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and document end-to-end integration architectures using best practices.
  • Create architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Define data flow, integration patterns, security considerations, and technology standards.
  • Develop integration strategies involving Coupa and other enterprise applications.
  • Work closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure architectural compliance.
  • Oversee testing activities to validate technical solutions and business requirements.
  • Coordinate production deployments and support post-production issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Security teams, Infrastructure teams, and Application Owners.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts using emerging technologies.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations for architecture improvements and technology adoption.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Position Contribution

The Enterprise Integration IT Architect will serve as the technical lead responsible for designing, governing, and delivering enterprise integration solutions across multiple business applications.

This role will:
  • Drive enterprise integration strategy for cloud and SaaS platforms.
  • Architect scalable API and ETL integration solutions.
  • Lead Coupa integration initiatives across enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise integrations.
  • Collaborate across business and technology teams to deliver high-quality production solutions.
  • Improve enterprise integration standards, governance, and best practices.

Team Environment
  • Collaborate with Business Partners and Product Owners.
  • Work closely with Enterprise Architects.
  • Partner with Application Development teams.
  • Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
  • Support global enterprise applications serving thousands of users.

Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience in Application Development, Enterprise Integration, and Solution Architecture.
  • Extensive experience designing enterprise integration architectures.
  • Experience supporting enterprise cloud and SaaS platforms.

Required Technical Skills
  • 10+ years designing enterprise application and integration architectures.
  • Strong experience implementing both API-based and ETL-based integration solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Snowflake
    • SnapLogic
    • SQL
    • Python
  • Experience with AI-enabled technologies and modern integration approaches.
  • Strong knowledge of GitHub, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience working with cloud-native and SaaS technologies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns.
  • Experience producing architecture diagrams, technical design documentation, and solution blueprints.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience leading production implementations and post-production support.
  • Ability to evaluate technologies and recommend enterprise architecture solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Coupa implementation and integrations.
  • Experience supporting ERP, Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain applications.
