Job Summary
Responsible for providing advanced functional support in configuring, integrating, and optimizing enterprise application systems. Performs requirements analysis, complex configuration, and system upgrades while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Serves as a subject matter expert, guiding analysts and partnering with business stakeholders to design effective solutions. Contributes to continuous improvement efforts that enhance enterprise systems, streamline workflows, and promote user adoption.
Essential Functions
• Performs advanced configuration, testing, and deployment of enterprise application modules and integrations.
• Acts as subject matter expert for complex functional issues and escalations.
• Conducts requirements analysis and designs solutions for cross-departmental functional changes.
• Coordinates user exits, customizations, and integration activities with technical teams.
• Executes cross-functional testing, defect resolution, and system validation for upgrades and compliance changes.
• Provides guidance and training to analysts, super users, and departmental staff.
• Designs and maintains forms, reports, and interfaces with external systems.
• Analyzes gaps between system functionality and policy requirements, recommending improvements.
• Supports functional activities related to annual processes such as W-2, 1042-S, and financial closings.
• Partners with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, service enhancements, and compliance alignment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree
Experience Requirement: 5+ years of experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
