Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager or Engagement Manager.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, especially in AI or SaaS environments.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to execute under pressure.
• Fluency in both business and technical languages; adept at bridging communication gaps.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with knowledge of Hebrew as an advantage.
• High attention to detail with a pro-active problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery and adoption of AI solutions for enterprise accounts post-POC.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to create actionable project plans based on customer needs.
• Orchestrate stakeholders across various teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Define and measure success metrics like adoption and business impact.
• Lead training sessions to help customers integrate AI solutions effectively.
• Maintain project velocity by coordinating across internal teams to ensure timely deployments.
• Identify and promote new use cases for AI to expand customer engagement.
