The Impact you will have in this role:

The Enterprise Delivery Enablement Associate Director plays a critical role in advancing delivery excellence across DTCC by establishing, operationalizing, and continuously improving enterprise delivery standards, governance, processes, tooling practices, and performance insights.

This role partners with Product, Technology, Delivery, Operations, and Control functions to drive consistent execution practices, improve delivery transparency, strengthen governance, and enable teams to deliver more effectively within a highly regulated environment. The Associate Director serves as a key contributor in defining delivery practices, measuring adoption and effectiveness, and identifying opportunities to improve the enterprise delivery operating model. The role supports enterprise-wide enablement efforts that improve the predictability, quality, and efficiency of delivery outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities:
  • Define, maintain, and evolve enterprise delivery standards, practices, and governance frameworks that support consistent execution across DTCC.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Delivery, Risk, and Operations to drive adoption of delivery standards and operating model expectations.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms to measure standards adoption, delivery effectiveness, and organizational maturity.
  • Analyze delivery data and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Facilitate enterprise governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder engagements focused on delivery excellence and operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with tooling teams to ensure delivery processes, standards, metrics, and workflows are appropriately enabled through enterprise platforms.
  • Identify process gaps, execution challenges, and governance opportunities, and lead initiatives to improve consistency, transparency, and accountability.
  • Support the development and maintenance of delivery frameworks, guidance materials, enablement resources, and best practices.
  • Drive alignment between delivery practices, organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management expectations.
  • Develop executive communications, metrics, dashboards, and insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Influence delivery strategy and operating model evolution by leveraging industry practices, organizational feedback, and performance data.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams on delivery governance, standards implementation, operating model alignment, and delivery performance improvement.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Delivery Excellence, Program Delivery, PMO, Enterprise Governance, Operating Model, Agile Delivery, or related disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Talents needed for success:
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing enterprise standards, governance frameworks, operating models, or delivery practices.
  • Experience defining performance measures, KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, traditional delivery methodologies, and hybrid delivery models and ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, scalable delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities along with ability to derive insights from delivery performance metrics.
  • Skilled facilitator who can build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups through strong written and verbal executive communication skills.
  • Ability to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to complex delivery environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving tangible outcomes.
  • Experience working with enterprise delivery tooling and workflows, including Jira, Planview, ServiceNow, or similar platforms..

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
