We are seeking an Enterprise Business Projects Lead to drive high-impact initiatives that improve how our organization operates, scales, and serves our stakeholders. This is a highly visible role for a strategic, hands-on project leader who can move confidently from executive-level vision to practical implementation. What You'll Lead Own a portfolio of enterprise-wide business, operational, and transformation initiatives from discovery through execution. Partner with executives, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to define priorities, remove barriers, and keep initiatives moving. Evaluate current-state workflows, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Build project plans, governance structures, timelines, success metrics, dashboards, and executive-ready updates. Lead change management efforts by aligning stakeholders, communicating clearly, and supporting adoption across impacted teams. Translate complex business, operational, and financial information into clear recommendations for senior leadership. Drive accountability, follow-through, and measurable outcomes with minimal direction in a fast-moving environment. Requirements What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience leading business analysis, project management, enterprise transformation, operational improvement, or strategic initiatives. Executive presence, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence without relying on formal authority. Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional work from ambiguity to action. Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points For Healthcare operations experience, especially in environments with complex workflows, regulatory considerations, or multi-site operations. PMP, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or another relevant project, process improvement, or change management certification. Experience with healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, claims processing, reimbursement workflows, or medical billing operations. Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
