Payarc is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to serve as a dedicated hunter focused on generating new business opportunities within large enterprise organizations.
This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying companies processing $12 million to $500+ million annually in payment volume. The Enterprise BDR will execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns targeting senior decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CROs, Heads of Payments, Treasury Leaders, and Finance Executives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-activity environment, possesses strong executive-level communication skills, and has a passion for opening doors within complex organizations.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Identify and prospect enterprise merchants processing $12M+ annually across targeted verticals
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Research target accounts and build strategic account penetration plans
• Engage senior-level decision makers including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Treasury Leaders, and Heads of Payments
• Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for senior sales leadership
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of enterprise opportunities
• Track all prospecting activity, conversations, and follow-up actions within HubSpot and Aircall
• Execute structured outbound campaigns designed to uncover payment processing opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, target industries, and account strategies
• Maintain activity levels and performance metrics aligned with company expectations
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience Required
• 2-5+ years of Business Development, Sales Development, Enterprise Prospecting, or Outbound Sales experience
• Experience selling into enterprise organizations preferred
• Payments, fintech, SaaS, banking, treasury, merchant services, or financial technology experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success generating meetings and pipeline through outbound prospecting
• Experience engaging executive-level decision makers
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with aggressive growth targets
• Experience prospecting into one or more of the following industries is a plus: Healthcare, Multi-location Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality, Automotive, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Distribution & Wholesale, eCommerce, B2B Services, and Franchise Organizations
