In Enterprise Architecture you will: - Cultivate Accenture's role as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business strategy into enterprise architecture decisions that drive measurable value
- Assess the impact of client business strategy on the architecture landscape across organization, information, infrastructure, and application domains, including where AI creates new capability opportunities or structural risk
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps
- Lead the creation of architecture blueprints for complex technology environments, incorporating AI and intelligent capabilities as core architectural components
- Evaluate the technology portfolio and identify opportunities to reuse, replace, or modernize architectural components to drive strategic value
- Develop a deep understanding of industry dynamics and the impact of technology and AI trends to formulate recommended changes to existing enterprise architectures
- Identify and define the EA capabilities, roles, and skills that position clients for long-term architecture maturity in an AI-enabled environment
- Integrate AI-driven tools and methods into architecture analysis and decision-making to accelerate insight and improve the quality of client recommendations
- Support sales and business development efforts, including contributing to proposal development and helping grow Accenture's EA presence across accounts
- Navigate the Accenture global network and leverage relevant expertise to develop enterprise architecture insights and solutions

As a Manager/Sr. Manager you will: - Lead a major workstream, owning delivery accountability and ensuring the quality and timeliness of team outputs
- Coach junior team members through active feedback and deliverable reviews, building EA capability within the engagement team in support of Senior Manager leadership
- Actively participate in Accenture's internal development programs, including new joiner buddying, internship mentoring, and community initiatives that reflect the firm's commitment to growing its people
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that extend beyond the workplace, cultivating the organic trust and personal rapport that drives long-term client loyalty and commercial opportunity
- Support the shaping, selling, and delivering of strategic Enterprise Architecture opportunities, contributing to proposal development and account growth
- Engage with strategic partner ecosystem providers to inform and strengthen client architecture recommendations
- Drive development of thought leadership, assets, and offerings that present innovative insights and recommendations on market-relevant Enterprise Architecture topics, including the intersection of AI and enterprise architecture strategy
Here's What You Need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures
- Minimum 4 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases
- Minimum 2 years of technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations
- Bachelor's Degree
Bonus Points if: - Broad experience and knowledge of common architecture challenges and approaches for addressing them
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, their architectural implications, and how they are reshaping enterprise technology strategy
- You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- You have deep functional or industry experience in specific Enterprise Architecture components
- You have Enterprise Architecture industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure)
- You have hands-on experience incorporating emerging technology, AI, generative AI, or machine learning capabilities into enterprise architecture strategy or solution design
