Full Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Enterprise Architect to lead the alignment of our information technology infrastructure with our overarching business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the blueprint of our enterprise-wide IT ecosystem, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient systems.

As a key leader within the IT organization, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution. You will evaluate emerging technologies, define architectural standards, and guide cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations. The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker who can equally roll up their sleeves to solve complex integration challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Architectural Governance
  • Define Target Architecture: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint, roadmap, and governance models across data, application, and infrastructure domains.

  • Business Alignment: Partner with leadership and business units to translate corporate strategy into technical requirements and long-term IT roadmaps.

  • Technology Evaluation: Continuously scout and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., cloud innovations, AI/ML, automation) to drive operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and policies across all IT projects to ensure compliance, security, and minimization of technical debt.

Design, Integration, & Delivery
  • Cross-Domain Integration: Design complex, scalable integration solutions that seamlessly connect legacy systems with modern cloud-native architectures.

  • Risk & Security Management: Collaborate with information security teams to ensure the enterprise architecture inherently mitigates cybersecurity risks and complies with industry regulations.

  • Technical Advisory: Provide expert consultation to product managers, solution architects, and engineering teams during the design and implementation phases of major initiatives.

  • Vendor Management: Evaluate third-party software, platforms, and services to ensure compatibility with enterprise standards and strategic direction.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years specifically in an Enterprise Architect or principal solution architect role.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise transformations, cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and legacy system modernizations.

Technical Skills

  • Architectural Frameworks: Deep familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.

  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Expert knowledge of cloud-native designs, microservices architecture, APIs, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and hybrid cloud environments.

  • Data & Integration: Strong understanding of master data management (MDM), data warehousing, event-driven architecture, and modern integration patterns.

Soft Skills & Leadership

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.

  • Influence & Collaboration: Ability to influence decisions without direct authority and successfully navigate complex organizational dynamics.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills, with a focus on long-term value creation rather than quick fixes.

Preferred Certifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional / Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent security certification
