  • Drive Discovery: Lead workshops with prospective Federal Contractors and Agencies to uncover pain points, define business challenges, and develop aligned strategic solutions.
  • Architect Solutions: Translate complex ERP requirements into cohesive, mission-ready platform, HCM, and Payroll strategies.
  • Deliver High-Impact Demonstrations: Provide expert technical overviews and deep-dive product demonstrations that highlight the unique value of the Workday platform.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as an industry subject matter expert, guiding prospects from initial market-level presentations through executive-level closing meetings.
  • Accelerate the Sales Cycle: Partner with the extended sales team to qualify prospects, define demonstration criteria, build Proof of Concepts (POCs), and execute sales closure plans.
  • Lead RFx Responses: Take an active role in crafting comprehensive and compelling responses to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Be a Workday Ambassador: Support cross-functional sales, marketing, and channel objectives by presenting at webinars, customer forums, industry conferences, and tradeshows.

What You'll Bring
  • Deep expertise as a Solution Consultant specializing in HCM and Payroll.
  • Exceptional executive presence with polished, persuasive presentation techniques.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
