Job Description:We are seeking an experienced
Enterprise Architect to define, design, and guide the implementation of the organization's overall technology and systems architecture. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision to ensure technology solutions align with business goals, enable scalability, and support long-term digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities: - Architecture Strategy & Governance
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, standards, and roadmap.
- Align technology strategy with organizational objectives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Establish governance processes to ensure architectural consistency across projects.
- Solution Design & Delivery
- Lead the design of end-to-end enterprise solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership in evaluating emerging technologies and platforms.
- Ensure that solutions meet business, performance, and security requirements.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT leaders to translate business needs into technology roadmaps.
- Partner with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth execution of architectural plans.
- Mentor and guide solution architects, developers, and engineers on architectural best practices.
- Technology Integration & Optimization
- Oversee the integration of systems and data across the enterprise landscape.
- Identify and address architectural gaps, redundancies, and technical debt.
- Optimize technology investments for cost efficiency and long-term maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in an enterprise or solution architecture role.
- Strong understanding of application, data, infrastructure, and security architecture domains.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of integration patterns, microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- TOGAF or cloud certification (AWS/Azure Architect) is highly desirable.
- Experience in digital transformation, data modernization, or enterprise integration projects.
