In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact for executive leadership on all architecture matters. You will own enterprise-wide architectural standards, manage technology risk, and ensure that systems, platforms, and integrations are aligned with both business goals and regulatory requirements. This is a highly strategic role that requires equal parts technical authority and business communication skills.

What You'll Do- Define, own, and enforce enterprise architecture standards and governance across the organization
- Act as the primary architecture liaison to C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Translate complex technical strategies and risks into clear, business-friendly language
- Develop and maintain the enterprise technology roadmap
- Ensure integration and standardization across platforms, systems, and cloud environments
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies aligned with business and innovation goals
- Own and manage architectural risk across the enterprise
- Lead architecture reviews and approve key design decisions
- Support compliance with regulatory and security requirements including HIPAA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - DevOps, Data, Engineering, Security - to guide architecture decisions
- Mentor solution architects and technical leads
- Foster a culture of architectural innovation and best practices
Required Skills- Proven experience in enterprise architecture governance and standards enforcement
- Strong background in strategic IT planning and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture across AWS and Azure
- Experience with application architecture, data architecture, and systems integration
- Strong understanding of microservices, API design, and modern distributed systems
- Solid grasp of DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing technology risk and mitigation at an enterprise level
- Ability to drive regulatory and security compliance - especially HIPAA
- Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business goals and digital transformation objectives
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring and leading technical teams
