Full Job Description
Project Overview
Looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to document and map their People/HRIS, Identity/IAM, help desk, and ERP systems end-to-end. The goal is architectural clarity: understanding what's connected, why, and whether it's the right approach.

The engagement is expected to be intensive for the first three months (up to 40 hours/week, though a part-time start is acceptable), followed by ongoing light advisory support.

Responsibilities
• ?????Map all People/HRIS, IAM, ERP, workforce management, and payroll systems end-to-end
• ?????Identify integration design flaws and recommend corrections (e.g., improper data modification in downstream systems instead of at the source)
• ?????Produce data flow diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs), primary/secondary key mappings, and state transition diagrams
• ?????Develop a master data model and associated data controls
• ?????Document the full employee and contractor record lifecycle across all systems
• ?????Create operational SOP summaries for break/failure scenarios
• ?????Work directly with IT, HR, and operations stakeholders across global teams

Key Systems in Scope
Prior experience mapping how similar systems connect is required, doesn't have to be these specific systems
• ?????ERP: NetSuite (source of truth for cost centers, departments, and classes)
• ?????HRIS: DarwinBox (specific platform experience not required; data model expertise is what matters)
• ?????Workforce Management: Calabrio
• ?????Voice / Time Capture: Amazon Connect
• ?????Payroll: ADP
• ?????Benefits: Sedgwick (and other HR platforms; generally simple data pushes)

Core Deliverables
• ?????End-to-end architecture map
• ?????Data flow diagrams
• ?????Entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs)
• ?????Primary/secondary key mappings and state transition diagrams
• ?????Master data model and controls
• ?????Operational SOP summaries for failure scenarios

Requirements
• ?????10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a background in integration engineering and design/process work
• ?????Deep expertise across ERP, HRIS, IAM, time management, and workforce management systems
• ?????Ability to identify and correct integration design issues - not just document what exists; must know the right questions to ask
• ?????Strong command of data flow diagrams, ERDs, primary/secondary key mapping, master data management, and state transition diagrams
• ?????Understanding of integration patterns: batch, synchronous, asynchronous, error handling logic, and time zone management across systems
• ?????No coding required, but must understand how integrations are architected and behave
• ?????Able to work cross-functionally with global teams across US, Prague, and India
• ?????Relevant titles include: Enterprise Architect, HRIS Architect, HR Systems Architect; background typically includes integration engineering
