RoleWe are seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to lead the design and governance of end-to-end digital, data, and customer experience solutions.
This role will provide strategic architecture leadership across customer engagement platforms, enterprise applications, data ecosystems, web and mobile experiences, and integration services to enable scalable and business-aligned digital transformation initiatives.
The Enterprise Architect will serve as the primary architecture authority across business, digital, data, integration, and technology workstreams.
What you will do - Define and govern target-state enterprise architecture supporting customer, digital, data, and operational capabilities.
- Establish KPIs and success measures for the project
- Drive customer journey architecture and end-to-end customer experience transformation.
- Define enterprise customer data and engagement strategies.
- Enable omnichannel customer experiences across web, mobile, contact center, and digital channels.
- Partner with marketing, sales, service, and product teams to align CX capabilities.
- Govern identity, access management, and data protection architectures.
- Translate business objectives into executable architecture roadmaps and technology strategies.
- Provide architecture leadership across customer experience, web, mobile, cloud, data, integration, and enterprise platforms.
- Define architecture standards, principles, patterns, and governance processes.
- Guide application, data, security, and integration architecture decisions.
- Partner with business, product, delivery, and engineering teams to align technology solutions with business outcomes.
- Identify architecture risks, dependencies, scalability considerations, and technical constraints.
- Support implementation planning, investment justification, and delivery governance.
- Ability to identify, assess, and recommend AI/Generative AI use cases aligned with organizational objectives.

Proven ability to collaborate with C-suite and executive stakeholders

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD 98,000- CAD196,000
