About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to own and optimize the company's business tools ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary administrator and strategic lead for enterprise applications, access management, systems integrations, and business process automation across the organization.
The ideal candidate has a strong systems mindset, understands how applications, data, and business processes connect across departments and entities, and can balance operational support with long-term technology strategy. This role will lead application governance, user access controls, and serve as the IT lead and primary business systems partner for ERP implementation and ongoing optimization.
This position partners closely with Finance, Operations, HR, Engineering, and department leaders to ensure technology systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
What you'll be doing- Own the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications.
- Serve as the primary systems owner for business-critical platforms, including ERP, HRIS, collaboration tools, ticketing systems, and other operational applications.
- Develop and maintain application governance standards, documentation, and operational procedures, including user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and system performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks across all business systems.
- Serve as the internal IT lead for ERP implementation, deployment, and optimization initiatives.
- Lead systems design discussions, requirements gathering, testing, data migration coordination, and change management activities.
- Ensure ERP integrations align with broader enterprise architecture and business process objectives.
- Drive ERP post-implementation continuous improvement efforts.
- Act as the senior business systems and applications resource for the organization.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience administering enterprise business applications and systems.
- Experience managing access controls and identity governance across multiple SaaS platforms.
- Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, Operations, and Corporate functions.
- Experience with systems integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and data management.
Desired Qualifications- Experience with SSO, identity providers, and access management platforms.
- Experience with HRIS, financial systems, and IT service management tools.
- Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of security best practices, user provisioning, and access control frameworks.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent documentation and process design capabilities.
- Experience supporting global or multi-entity organizations.
