Job Title: Enterprise AI Platform & Agent Solutions Consultant

Location(s): Chicago, IL

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Platform & Agent Solutions Consultant to administer, support, and optimize enterprise AI platforms while partnering with business stakeholders to design and deliver AI agent solutions. The role focuses on AI platform operations, governance, security, integrations, and enterprise-scale deployment of AI and Copilot technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, Langfuse, GenOS, and related AI services.
  • Manage platform configuration, environment provisioning, security, licensing, user access, monitoring, and operational support.
  • Provide onboarding, technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for AI platform users.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, Engineering, and business teams to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant AI platform operations.
  • Monitor platform health, telemetry, adoption, operational performance, and costs while implementing optimization strategies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI agent and Copilot use cases.
  • Gather business requirements and perform solution design, architecture reviews, and technical feasibility assessments.
  • Build integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Platform, enterprise APIs, and approved data sources.
  • Support the complete AI agent lifecycle including development, deployment, production support, release management, and retirement.
  • Develop technical documentation, implementation standards, reusable templates, and platform best practices.
  • Work closely with Enterprise AI, Security, Infrastructure, GIS, and Engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application administration, cloud platforms, platform engineering, or solution architecture.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, or similar enterprise AI technologies.
  • Strong experience with AI agents, Copilot technologies, Azure services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), enterprise security, governance, and compliance.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale AI platforms and production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platform administration, monitoring, observability, and operational support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification.
  • Microsoft Azure AI Certification or related cloud/AI certifications.
  • Experience with enterprise AI governance frameworks and platform engineering best practices.

Additional Notes:
  • Team interview is mandatory.
  • Only candidates authorized to work in the United States should be submitted.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, AI agents, and enterprise AI platform administration is highly preferred.
