About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own and expand relationships with Fortune 100 customers. This role is focused on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, long sales cycles, and high-value strategic partnerships.
You will act as the quarterback for key accounts, partnering closely with the C-suite, product, and engineering teams to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term value.
This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into executive leadership and customers.
Key responsibilities- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, primarily Fortune 100 companies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders (VP, SVP, C-suite)
- Build long-term trusted relationships focused on business outcomes
- Manage long, complex sales cycles with procurement, legal, security, and IT
- Navigate enterprise buying processes and internal decision dynamics
- Maintain accurate forecasting and account plans
Must have- 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or enterprise sales
- Proven track record selling high-value, complex deals to Fortune 100 companies
- Experience working with C-suite and senior executives
- Background in enterprise software, AI/ML, data platforms, or analytics
