Enterprise Account Executive (US)What You'll Achieve- Hunt & Close: Lead the end to end sales cycle for the world's most recognizable retail and hospitality brands.
- Strategic Architecture: Partner with our Solutions Engineers to map YOOBIC's AI capabilities to complex enterprise pain points.
- Territory Ownership: Act as the "CEO" of your territory, building a high-velocity pipeline through sophisticated outbound strategies and thought leadership.
- Predictable Success: Maintain rigorous forecasting and deal hygiene, leveraging our structured sales methodology to consistently crush your quarterly targets.
Who You Are- The Pedigree: Seasoned experience in a high-growth Complex Enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of closing $250k+ ACV deals.
- The Method: You are a disciple of MEDDPICC or Challenger and believe in the power of a structured, data driven sales process.
- The Connector: You are credible in the boardroom, able to multi thread across C-suite personas (CEO, COO, CIO) to build consensus.
- The Hunter-Mentor: You are a self starter who loves the "grind" of pipe gen but also enjoys mentoring our BDR team to level up the entire organization.
The Rewards- Compensation: $150k-$160k Base | $300k-$320k OTE (Uncapped).
