EvenUp is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to drive significant revenue growth by securing new enterprise-level law firm accounts. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and requires a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, the legal technology landscape, and the needs of high-volume personal injury practices. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter, highly consultative, and adept at navigating large organizations to position EvenUp's AI-powered products as essential tools for achieving better client outcomes and firm efficiency. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closing, working cross-functionally with our Product, Legal, and Customer Success teams.

What you'll do:
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by strategically identifying, qualifying, and closing new Enterprise law firm logos.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to penetrate target firms, demonstrating a clear ROI for EvenUp's AI platform.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery and compelling presentations to articulate the value proposition to C-level executives and key decision-makers within Enterprise accounts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition and maximum adoption during and after the initial deployment.
  • Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer by providing structured feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap.


What we look for:
  • Required: 5+ years of successful experience as an Enterprise Account Executive selling B2B SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers, preferably within the legal tech or FinTech space.
  • Required: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a $2M+ annual quota with an average deal size of $250K+.
  • Required: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred: Prior experience selling into large personal injury or mass tort law firms.

Preferred: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise business processes.
