About the Role:

The Enterprise Account Executive at McKesson Corporation is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share by managing and expanding relationships with large, complex enterprise clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, positioning McKesson's comprehensive healthcare solutions, and achieving sales targets within a defined territory.

Candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of Philadelphia, PA.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and business objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise accounts, including C-suite executives.
  • Identify customer needs and challenges, and articulate how McKesson's products, services, and solutions can address them effectively.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, from initial prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, legal, professional services) to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction.
  • Conduct detailed business reviews with clients to demonstrate value, identify new opportunities, and ensure continued partnership.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and activity reporting within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and McKesson's evolving portfolio of solutions.
  • Represent McKesson at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


Basic Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.


Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-level sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.


Physical Requirements:
  • Candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of Philadelphia, PA.
  • Will be in the field 3-4 days per week.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as required. Company Car OR Car Allowance will be provided.

Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position:

$120,800 - $201,400
