Role Scope- Lead the infrastructure modelling team: the source-of-truth model of sites, systems, and equipment everything else generates from.
- Own the modelling architecture: schemas, standards, and the BIM-to-data pipeline across disciplines.
- Drive model-based delivery: drawings, BOMs, and analyses generated from the model instead of drawn by hand.
- Grow a team spanning BIM and software, and hold one bar across both.

- You've led BIM, VDC, or engineering data teams on complex projects.
- You've built model standards that multiple disciplines actually followed.
- You've automated deliverable generation from models.
- You bridge engineers and software developers fluently.
- You've managed model quality at portfolio scale.
- Bonus: Revit and Tekla APIs. IFC and data standards. Graph or relational modeling depth. Generative and computational design.
