What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Ensure effective performance of engineering assignments.
Plan and direct the timely execution of engineering activities, as assigned.
Ensure projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
Ensure adherence to government, organization and customer engineering standards and procedures.
Monitor goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
Work interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
Research and assess best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
Work on special projects, as directed.
Perform other related duties and tasks, as required.
Preferred Skills
Development and deployment of scientific, engineering, or data analysis software applications, preferably for High Performance Computing (HPC) Linux systems.
Knowledge of and ability to apply software engineering best practices with respect to understanding requirements, design, version control, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Total Rewards Package
Salary: $99,000 - $134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
