The Opportunity

The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) overseas and manages engineering projects within our engineering/manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

What you will do?
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timeliness, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of engineering projects, from conception through completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities, set performance expectations, and monitor progress.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure alignment and resolve any issues.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
  • Ensure technical standards and quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and approve technical documentation, designs, and specifications.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal departments, to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Monitor and manage project risks and issues to minimize impact on project success.
  • Evaluate project performance and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
  • Promote a culture of safety and adherence to safety protocols among team members.

Required Qualifications
