Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred
• 10-13 years of experience managing technical support teams
• Familiarity with PMBOK principles
• Knowledge of AMI sanitary design guidelines
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Understanding of food safety requirements in manufacturing facilities
• Experienced with regulatory compliance and utility management
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing equipment selection and installation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to navigate building codes related to food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex multi-faceted projects
• Direct multiple concurrent projects to meet budget goals and timelines
• Develop and mentor engineering and facilities associates on project management and engineering practices
• Consult on conceptual design and implementation of process quality improvements
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local engineering regulations
• Identify technological advancements relevant to manufacturing processes
• Oversee energy management for efficiency and compliance
• Negotiate with vendors for procurement of services and goods.
