Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Project Management Support Specialist to assist program managers and engineering teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. This role provides essential support for control account management, earned value performance tracking, and cross-functional communication. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong foundation in project management principles and tools, with a focus on large-scale product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning activities including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Manage control accounts and maintain earned value management (EVM) metrics.
  • Track and report project progress, identifying risks or issues and escalating as needed.
  • Coordinate communications across project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Support project teams in Control Account Management (CAM) practices including variance analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Assist with project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status reports.
  • Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and reports to streamline project delivery.
  • Collaborate with other functional departments (e.g., operations) to ensure successful project execution.


  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, control account management, or a related discipline within a product development environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and support large-scale projects with emphasis on earned value management and project performance tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis/reporting tools.
