Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication across departments.
  • Act as a Scrum Master to guide Agile practices and facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical guidance on AWS-based solutions, ensuring best practices in scalability and security.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure project resilience.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders, preparing detailed reports and presentations.
  • Promote continuous improvement by addressing inefficiencies and implementing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business units to align project outcomes with strategic goals.
  • Prepare for governance decisions, ensuring recommendations are data-driven and balanced.


Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams for customer-facing product development.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs on schedule, within budget, and at high quality.
  • Healthcare or medical device/technology experience preferred.
