  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints; drive mitigation strategies and timely escalation
  • Provide clear, data-driven status reporting to leadership; facilitate executive reviews and decision-making
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across technical and business domains in a global, matrixed environment

Other Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with architecture, hardware, firmware, IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure program success
  • Support internal and external audits as required
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve program management processes, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor IP, product, or process development
  • 2-3+ years in program or technical project management delivering complex programs to successful completion

  • Strong execution mindset with a track record of meeting commitments and driving outcomes
  • Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt in dynamic environments
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success working in global, distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience operating in a highly matrixed, global semiconductor environment
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management credential

Expected Salary Range
