Position Overview:You will serve as the business process owner for core Engineering processes, with an initial focus on Engineering Document Management within the Product Lifecycle Management domain. In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end performance, sustainability, governance, and continuous improvement of assigned business capabilities. You will work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and technology partners to improve process definition, data quality, user adoption, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the subject matter expert and end-to-end process owner for Engineering Document Management, including process integration, optimization, sustainability, and governance.
- Own and improve assigned Engineering business processes to ensure they are well defined, scalable, sustainable, and delivering measurable business value.
- Define Engineering content control requirements to reduce downstream defects caused by incorrect, missing, or uncontrolled information.
- Lead process design, documentation, and standardization, including process maps, standards, training materials, and self-service resources.
- Lead root-cause analysis, requirements gathering, solution definition, validation, user acceptance testing, change management, and implementation activities.
- Align process objectives with long-range plans, capability roadmaps, technology roadmaps, and organizational strategy.
- Partner with governance boards and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize investments, manage process change, and support process sponsorship.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and stakeholder engagement models for process initiatives.
- Define, monitor, and control process adherence to support compliance with internal standards and effective data stewardship.
- Develop and track metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, risks, and process performance trends.
- Oversee end-user support for assigned process domains to help resolve issues efficiently and improve user productivity.
- Lead change management, communication, training, and adoption strategies for global users.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in model-year-based new product development, working directly with Engineering Bill of Materials and controlled documentation.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, or Supply Chain.
- Experience leading technical document management in a large organization.
- Experience in product development business process ownership, optimization, and change management is preferred.
- Experience applying LEAN methodologies such as Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, Stage/Gate processes, or New Product Development processes is preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency with PTC applications, including Windchill, and Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Power BI.
- Proven ability to lead change, build relationships, and motivate stakeholders at multiple levels within a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, organization, and leadership skills.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $100,000 to $125,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
