Job DescriptionYou will be the Engineering Manager, Simulation Software Development for the Simulation and Systems Labs (SSL) which is responsible for the development, integration and troubleshooting of simulation software products in hardware-in-the-loop and man-in-the-loop lab environments.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Engineering Manager, Simulation Development Software you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-30 software engineers developing F-35 and ADP simulation products, driving digital transformation, and overseeing the design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of simulation software and related computing systems.

Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
