Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prefer an Associate's degree in Electrical Power or related military training.
• 5+ years of project management experience with electrical maintenance or switchgear commissioning.
• Familiarity with software tools like Doble, Power DB, and testing techniques including infrared scanning.
• NETA Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office and experience with PowerDB are advantageous.
• Safety training such as OSHA 30 hour and CPR is beneficial; training available.
• Ability to adhere to all electrical safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical services jobs including testing, troubleshooting, and data collection of high voltage systems.
• Conduct at least 50% of duties in the field, engaging directly with projects.
• Collaborate with the sales team for job estimating and quote preparation.
• Assign tasks to crew members based on job requirements.
• Maintain customer communication for updates and issue resolution during projects.
• Identify opportunities for job scope expansion and communicate with customers and Account Managers.
• Manage project budgets by reviewing technician job time and material costs.
