Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for- Lead, inspire, and grow a cross-functional team of engineers (React Native / Web) while ensuring smooth delivery of new products and continuous improvements to your team's tech real estate.
- Drive architectural and design decisions in the team, having a strong focus on the highest quality standards, engineering best practices, and operational excellence.
- Ensure close collaboration and joint decision-making between different engineering teams and stakeholders, especially product leads.
- Participate actively in the tribe leadership team, with the goal to shape and evolve our culture of collaboration and mutual support.

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for- 6+ years of experience on an agile software development team, preferably in a lead or senior role for at least 2+ years
- A strong product mindset with the ability to balance speed of experimentation with reliability and data quality
- Experience working with component-based frontend architecture using ReactJS and working with frameworks such as Next.js.
- Exposure to mobile app development, either through React Native or native iOS/Android
- You can actively contribute to the system design process using event-driven architecture. Experience with domain-driven design is a plus.
- Experience writing unit/integration/function test cases, as well as with formalized testing methodologies (i.e., TDD, BDD)
- You are a humble leader who is able to motivate a team and propel them to their full potential
- You are self-organized and can operate autonomously in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
