Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural) or Architectural Engineering (Structural) required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to boost productivity.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, communication, and collaboration among engineering teams.

Full Job Description
The Engineering Manager's mission is to lead the engineering function in delivering innovative, efficient, and high-quality precast solutions by optimizing production scheduling, providing proactive technical support to plants, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time project delivery.

Enhance Plant Support and Service
  • Deliver timely engineering support to resolve production and field issues
  • Improve coordination between engineering and plant operations to reduce recurring problems
  • Improve collaboration between engineering, production, project management, and field operations

Optimize Production Scheduling
  • Complete engineering deliverables accurately and on schedule to support production needs
  • Improve planning and coordination between engineering and production teams to reduce delays and bottlenecks

Drive Process Efficiency and Standardization
  • Implement standardized engineering processes to improve quality and reduce rework
  • Streamline workflows and resolve process inefficiencies to improve productivity and execution

Build a Collaborative Engineering Culture
  • Improve team culture through accountability, communication, and shared ownership of results
  • Promote collaboration and problem-solving across engineering, production, and operations
  • Encourage continuous improvement, innovation, and commitment to quality and execution
