Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of three years in Manufacturing Engineering and/or Quality Management.
• Hands-on experience with CNC Machining, Robotics, and other manufacturing methods.
• Strong understanding of engineering practices and quality control standards.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing and supervising engineering staff.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 standards and 6-sigma/DMAIC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product designs for manufacturability and communicate issues to customers.
• Ensure timely execution of new process development deliverables.
• Build knowledge base through DOE and testing aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain an internal knowledge platform for process sharing.
• Review and approve manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and create long-term plans.
• Serve as key customer contact for compliance and corrective action execution.
• Prepare performance reports for management and customers.
• Review and approve engineering change requests (ECRs) and engineering change orders (ECOs).
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assist quality team in maintaining up-to-date quality records.
• Manage the site ECR system for part and process implementation.
• Define equipment specifications based on product requirements.
• Oversee training and performance management for engineering staff.
