Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of executive software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Define and drive the team's technical goal, strategy, and roadmap for Hydra, exercising strong technical judgment in line with Core AI Foundations' goals.
- Participate in and guide architectural and design decisions for a scalable and reliable post-training data storage and management system.
- Manage project priorities and resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions in a changing, ambiguous environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including GDM, Core ML, and a set of user teams.
