Qualifications

• Preferred: 7 years in an engineering laboratory, highlighting depth of experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration on hardware and firmware tasks, essential for project integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized team in hardware engineering for New Product Introduction projects, ensuring successful support and collaboration with Project Managers.
• Administer Linux and Windows operating systems, performing complex troubleshooting and maintaining engineering test setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate hardware assembly and firmware updates during critical phases of project development.
• Manage the hardware supply chain, overseeing inventory and logistics of consumables to maintain operational flow.
• Enhance operational efficiency through the creation of standardized procedures and automation tools for lab tasks.
