Qualifications

• Experience with IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Understanding of asset management, maintenance processes, and reliability principles
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Load, import, validate, and maintain asset and location records in Maximo
• Prepare and consolidate data from multiple sources for system upload
• Map source data to appropriate Maximo fields
• Perform data quality checks for accuracy and consistency
• Review engineering drawings and related asset documentation
• Analyze and troubleshoot data discrepancies
• Extract and analyze data from the Maximo system to support business objectives
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for asset performance
