Full Job Description
This is an opportunity to join DCS Corporation's Vehicle Integration Team with physical integration of cables and hardware onto prototype ground vehicle robotic platforms and simulators. Essential Job Functions: Install electrical cabling and equipment (LRUs, Bus Bars, Batteries, etc) into ground vehicles and simulators. Modify/repair electrical issues in base vehicle platforms as needed. Fabricate MIL Spec cable harnesses in accordance with the IPC/WHMA-A-620 and DCS build process documentation Wire and assemble custom electronics boxes Troubleshoot electrical issues with prototype components and systems. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. An active Secret clearance is required. High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience. Experience with wire harness fabrication and proficiency reading electrical schematics Desired Skills: Certified in PCB soldering/fabrication Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
