Job Overview This role is essential for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable software solutions that meet customer requirements and support high availability environments. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to develop software components, internal applications, automation solutions, APIs, and operational tooling using technologies such as virtualization, microservices, software-defined networking, network functions virtualization, and modern software development practices. This position requires independent development across software solutions, understanding system protocols, data flows, technology interactions, and supporting automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency. Success is measured by the ability to deliver technical solutions, produce clear documentation, and contribute to technology strategy and innovation. The work impacts the organization by enabling advanced software systems that improve operational efficiency and support business goals. This position follows a hybrid work model and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office, with the flexibility to work up to two days per week from home. Eligible office locations include: Overland Park, KS; Denver, CO; and Frisco, TX.
