ResponsibilitiesPosition reports to the Manager, Security Engineering or designee. Perform duties in support of Security Engineering and Security Architecture including but not limited to: designing, developing and recommending integrated security system solutions to ensure proprietary/confidential data and systems protection; managing systems engineering tasks; and performing as overall technical lead for complex projects.
Qualifications- Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience required.
- Strong security background in network/systems/physical security, authentication, authorization and usability.
- Deep Knowledge of network-based and system-level attacks and mitigation methods.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, End-Point Protection, Information Security Incident Management Systems and analyzing security for systems and applications (Penetration testing, web application security testing, vulnerability scanning, risk mitigation, etc.) required. SASE and ZTNA experience with products such as NetSkope, Zscaler, CATO, etc. required.
- CISSP required. CISSP requirement can be fulfilled by a combination of experience and other industry standard security certifications such as CCSP, SSCP, etc. subject to hiring manager review.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification required, or equivalent certification/experience required subject to manager review.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
- Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
