DescriptionTharros is seeking a
Lead Systems Engineer to serve as a senior technical leader supporting a Department of Defense customer across the design, development, deployment, integration, and sustainment of complex enterprise systems. This role will lead technical projects, ensure alignment with customer requirements, engineering standards, architectures, and DoD policies, and provide strategic engineering guidance across current and future capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings senior-level experience in systems engineering, technical leadership, enterprise architecture, and complex system integration, with expertise in areas such as data architecture, master data management, and data analytics. This individual will collaborate with senior technical and organizational leaders to shape strategic technical direction and successfully execute modernization efforts supporting enterprise business, logistics, and workforce systems.
Key Responsibilities - Provide leadership for all technical matters pertaining to the design, development, deployment, integration, and sustainment of systems, both current and planned
- Contribute to and provide leadership within the execution of technical projects to ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering standards, architectures and Defense policies
- Serve as a senior technical expert in formulating plans, aligning organizations, and executing complex engineering projects across the organization
- Lead the development of advanced concepts in data architecture, master data management and data analytics
- Collaborate with top technical leaders on the overall direction and management of the command's strategic technical focus in the specific area of manpower, logistics, and business systems programs
Requirements- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Master's Degree and 15 years of experience
- Or Bachelor's and 20 years of experience
