Senior Engineer Lead to lead engineering services for our proposed support to the United States Marine Corps, Program Manager Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2), at Stafford, Virginia.
This position is contingent upon contract award.ABOUT THE WORK PM MAGTF C2 assesses, acquires, fields and sustains the command and control capabilities Marines use to plan and execute operations. Triumph provides program office support across contract maintenance and execution, life cycle logistics and product support, engineering services, and test and evaluation. The Senior Engineer Lead owns the technical quality of everything the engineering team releases to the Government.
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Lead the engineering services task area and the engineers who support it.
- Perform the final quality assurance check on every engineering document and briefing package before Government release, using a reviewer independent of the author.
- Lead Configuration Control Board technical packages.
- Represent the contractor at design reviews and Technical Interchange Meetings.
- Evaluate Engineering Change Proposals against requirements and direct the analysis behind the recommendation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- 16 years in systems engineering on Department of Defense programs.
- United States citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The Government assigns position-level security and information technology designations under DD Form 254.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Systems engineering across the acquisition life cycle.
- Department of Defense technical review practice.
- Engineering Change Proposal evaluation.
- Engineering document release and configuration control.
