Job Title - Engineer-In-Training 1, Mechanical Location - Minneapolis, MN Job Type - Onsite Requisition ID - 11358 Are you motivated, energetic and ready to learn from the best in the industry? If this describes you, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Engineer-In-Training where you will gain meaningful experience in design and analysis of buildings and large non-building structures for industrial, commercial, local, national, and international clients. Stanley Consultants is looking for a Mechanical Engineer-In-Training 1 for our Minneapolis, MN office. This position supports professional engineers as they assist our clients by providing both technical expertise and project management on a diverse range of projects. What You Will Be Doing: 3 Collaborate with and learn from experienced Professional Engineers and be mentored by industry leaders in mechanical engineering. 3 Support experienced engineers on projects, including design of steel and concrete structures in unique loading environments and reviewing fabrication drawings during construction. 3 Enjoy a diverse client base enabling you to follow your passion in engineering. 3 Contribute to the communities we call home, instilling a sense of pride and sharing in the team's accomplishments. 3 Conducting project site visits and field investigations. 3 Performing design computations. 3 Preparing and checking structural analysis models. 3 Assisting in plan development using computer aided drafting and design programs. 3 Adhering to company standards for quality control. 3 Researching and understanding City, County, State, Federal, and International Engineering Design Codes, Requirements, and Standards.
