Full Job Description
Launch your electrical engineering career with meaningful impact. We're hiring an Engineer I to design electrical systems and power networks that serve customers across multiple industries. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, developing technical solutions while building your expertise in a supportive environment.

What will you do?
  • Interpret customer specifications, drawings, and power system requirements as they apply to Low Voltage Motor Control Centers
  • Create concise instructions via engineering systems to create approval packages and/or manufacturing releases
  • Work with the field office to resolve any discrepancies between the customer documentation and order entry, obtaining change orders as necessary to meet customer timelines.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Four-year degree in engineering or two-year degree plus applicable motor control experience
  • 3-5 years of engineering or technical experience work
  • Low-voltage Motor Control Centers knowledge and a practical technical knowledge of automation
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working directly with internal and external customers
  • General working knowledge of control logic such that most of the drawing can be created independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential
  • Experience in manufacturing or project-based environments.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
